The rules and responsibilities for using our website and services

These terms govern access to our website and all engagements with Syraaw Tech for web development, design, app development, cloud services, and related digital work. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, submitting a contact or quote form, or engaging Syraaw Tech for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.

These terms apply alongside any project-specific proposal, scope document, or written agreement. In the event of a conflict, the project-specific agreement takes precedence.

Services We Provide

Syraaw Tech is a remote-first premium digital agency offering website development, UI/UX design, web and SaaS app development, cloud infrastructure, startup MVP development, AI integrations, and ongoing website management.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work begins. No work is started without a confirmed scope and advance payment.

All quoted prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

Pricing and Payment

All projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. This is non-negotiable and applies to every project regardless of size, package, or prior relationship.

The remaining balance is due in full before final deliverables, source files, hosting access, or any live deployment are released. Syraaw Tech retains the right to withhold all outputs until full payment is confirmed.

Add-on services — including logo design, brand kits, content writing, product uploads, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting setup, domain setup, monthly maintenance, booking systems, chatbot integration, and custom dashboards — are scoped and billed separately and are never included free of charge in any package.

Late or overdue payments may result in work being paused, project timelines being extended, or the engagement being terminated at our discretion.

Revisions Policy

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds: Visiting Card and Basic Business plans include 2 rounds; Growth and E-Commerce plans include 3 to 4 rounds; the Premium Custom plan includes unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are charged at ₹500 to ₹2,000 per change, depending on complexity. These will be quoted before the change is actioned.

A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of feedback. Feedback submitted in multiple separate messages after the revision round has been actioned may be treated as an additional round.

Scope Changes

Any feature, page, or functionality requested after the project scope has been confirmed and work has begun is treated as a new request and billed separately. This applies even if the addition appears minor.

We will always provide a revised quote for scope additions before proceeding, and work on the addition will not begin until the additional fee has been agreed and, where applicable, an advance received.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required content, assets, brand materials, third-party credentials, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information at the outset of a project. Significant inaccuracies or omissions that require rework may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables at each milestone. Failure to respond within 5 business days of a review request may be treated as approval, and the project will proceed accordingly.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in each package and are indicative. They begin from the date the advance payment is received and all required client materials have been provided.

Timelines may be extended if client feedback or content is delayed, if scope changes are requested, or if unforeseen technical complexities arise. Any material delay will be communicated promptly.

Syraaw Tech is not liable for missed business opportunities, revenue loss, or damages resulting from delivery delays caused by client-side delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Post-Launch Support

Each package includes a complimentary post-launch support period: 7 days for Visiting Card and Basic Business plans, 14 days for Growth and E-Commerce plans, and 30 days for the Premium Custom plan.

Post-launch support covers bug fixes and issues that arise from our own implementation. It does not cover new features, content changes, third-party platform issues, or problems caused by client-side modifications.

After the support period ends, ongoing maintenance and updates are available as a separate monthly retainer service starting from ₹2,000 per month.

Intellectual Property

Syraaw Tech retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, internal processes, design systems, and reusable components used in delivering your project.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as described in the project agreement. This includes the designed assets, custom code written for the project, and any content produced by us on the client's behalf.

We reserve the right to display the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or any service provided by Syraaw Tech for any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or resell any element of our website, designs, or proprietary processes without prior written permission.

You may not engage our services to build products or platforms that promote illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, or any content that violates applicable law.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project that is not intended to be made public. This includes technical specifications, unreleased product details, business strategies, and client data.

This obligation survives the end of the project or engagement unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syraaw Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project is limited to the total amount paid by the client for that project, regardless of the nature of the claim.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable and any work completed up to the point of termination may be invoiced at a pro-rated rate.

Syraaw Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any engagement without refund if the client violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour toward our team, fails to make payment, or requests work that is illegal or harmful.

We may also remove access to or modify any part of this website at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from engagements with Syraaw Tech shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We encourage resolving any disputes through direct communication in the first instance. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at contact@syraaw.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last updated. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
